Functieomschrijving

As a laboratory assistance, you will work in the tissue culture laboratory on the rooting plant fragments in the vessels. It involves sitting at a special desk (laminar flow cabinet), cutting the plants into small pieces and then placing them in new containers with fresh medium. You will work in a small laboratory and in a small team. You only do the work for the blackberry production process in tissue culture.
It is for a period time: mid-April – mid-July with the possibility to extension, if necessary.
 
Core activities

• Entering measurement data into computer
• Co-maintain and calibrate with standards analytical equipment, keeping the laboratory and keeping the stock of consumables (call off from suppliers).
• Compliance with company instructions on safety of work etc.
• Care for clean organized work and compliance with hygiene rules in the laboratory
